Possibly the second most loved in your life (after your family) is your Classic or Vintage Car. Therefore, it makes sense to have it running at its best so why not have it Airey tuned? Have more power, use less fuel and help the environment.
If you gain say 3 – 5 m.p.g (and most do) you will have saved the cost of our fee in 2 years or so and thereafter, power and economy is free. Most people wait and watch over their pride and joy as it is carefully worked on for two hours or so. All cars will keep up with today’s traffic speeds much easier too, so go on experience the difference!

Classic and vintage
We are all about Classic and Vintage engine tuning and do Alfa, Ferrari, Fiat and Lancia. Also Lotus, MG, Morgan, Triumph, Bentley, Rover, Healey, Jenson Healey etc. In fact, if it has a carburettor we can fix it (except bike carbs). We are whiz with Weber, deadly with Dellorto and totally super with Stromberg, Solex and SU.

Most cars come in to us with one or two serious problems as to why they are not performing. We cure these first and then set about making the car drivable from idle in traffic to maximum revs and power as well as all points in between.
When a engine gives best power and acceleration, it will almost always give best economy if it has been tuned correctly - we do this as a matter of course.
A case recently was a lovely MGC owned by Richard Davis from Horsham. His words on returning from the road test were; "You have completely transformed the car. It is driving like it never has before and I've had the car 30 years. Thank you!"
The adjustments and alterations we do will stay put for many years without further attention. Typically we have a MK1 Lotus Cortina in every 5 to 8 years or so which needs very little work to it. Just keep using a 97 octane non-ethanol fuel (BP Ultimate) and perhaps Millers Eco Tec additive and your pride and joy will repay you by running better and better.
A super red Daimler Dart was brought in from Warsash by Colin Jorden and after our work, when he got home, he let the "management" (his words!) drive it (it's Margaret's car). She said that she had confidence in it now, for the first time, as when you ask it, it goes. Colin said he has had problems for a long time and now is pleased at last to have it going properly. The car is over 20 years owned and a wedding anniversary gift, so is very special.
We can not always make such big gains, however, we always improve power, economy and smoothness.
Race and Rally

All historics up to 400 B.H.P e.g. Escort Twin-Cam and BDA, Jaguar C, D and E type, Aston Martin, Cooper, Mini, Triumph etc are sorted to give wide power band and best B.H.P. Rally cars go longer between fill-ups because of their greater efficiency.
Race cars and single seater’s are OK too.
Special care and attention is taken by us as we use cool and short runs so that there is no getting too hot, on new engines especially. Full power is used only when everything is right to get B.H.P reading.
